ALEGRAOS EN EL SEÑOR
Queridos hermanos:
En este tiempo de Pascua quiero acercarme a cada uno de vosotros, jóvenes y ancianos, sanos y enfermos, para hablaros al oído y deciros en plena calle: “Alegraos en el Señor” (Fil. 3,1).
Quizás me digáis que no hay muchos motivos para la alegría en esta sociedad del paro, de la crisis económica, de las guerras e incluso de las sombras que cubren el corazón de muchas personas por mil motivos. A pesar de que haya razones para estar preocupados, no las hay para estar tristes, ya que ¡Cristo ha resucitado!
Quien abre los sentidos y canta a la vida, quien cree en la Resurrección es afortunado y, en consecuencia, no puede sino contagiar gozo y alegría en este valle de lágrimas. La alegría auténtica está unida a la fe y nadie nos la podrá quitar ya que nace del encuentro con la Vida que abre nuestro futuro a la esperanza: “Yo he venido para que tengan vida y la tengan en abundancia” (Jn. 10,10). Por eso, la alegría no es una conquista, ni fruto de una fórmula para saber vivir, ni consecuencia de unas recetas preestablecidas, sino que es un don que nos regala el Señor de la Vida, el Resucitado.
De ahí que, aun en tiempos de oscuridad y confusionismo, de crisis y adversidades, se puede vivir gustando la vida y desde la alegría profunda que emana del Resucitado.
Quien tenga la experiencia del encuentro con Él vivirá con intensidad la misión. Así encontramos a María Magdalena que al descubrir la tumba vacía va a “toda prisa”, como si estuviese “dopada”, a anunciar a los discípulos que Cristo ha resucitado.
La Pascua nos descubre que quien gusta la alegría auténtica no la guarda para sí como un talento que no quiere perder, sino que siente la necesidad de comunicarlo y de darlo a todos. ¿Estamos dispuestos a ser misioneros de la Buena Noticia?
Celebremos el regalo de la vocación cristiana, gustemos la dicha de ser bautizados y el don de ser enviados, sabiendo que al Sábado Santo siempre le precede el Viernes Santo, y que la vida de muchos hermanos y hermanas que están sufriendo el hambre, la crisis económica o las consecuencias de las guerras en muchos países; nos pide que caminemos junto a ellos como servidores, compartiendo su sufrimiento, siendo solidarios y trabajando para encontrar juntos caminos para aliviar sus penas.
Vivamos esta Pascua como una invitación a amar y esperar, experimentando la alegría como un rayo de luz que ilumina nuestro corazón y el de los demás.
Hablemos al oído y salgamos a las calles dando testimonio gozoso de esperanza y de alegría. Así mostraremos la felicidad que se siente como colaborador de Dios en la misión de hacer un mundo más humano, más cristiano y más alegre.
