¡DIOS NOS HA SALVADO!
Queridos amigos:
Cuando leemos o escuchamos noticias, nos gustaría que todas fuesen buenas: que el hambre hubiese desaparecido de la faz de la tierra, que las armas hubiesen enmudecido y que los hombres y mujeres empezásemos a querernos un poco más.
O, una noticia todavía mucho más sorprendente: que se haya encontrado el secreto para hacer mucho más bueno el corazón de las personas, de modo que ni el egoísmo, ni la envidia ni el odio, tengan lugar en el interior de cada uno de nosotros. Una noticia que nos hable de que cuando nos encontramos con otras personas, sólo pensamos ya en ¿cómo hacerle más feliz? Una noticia que se ha publicado con mucha fuerza, con mucho “ruido” y por muchos voceadores.
Nosotros cristianos, tenemos una gran noticia. Ésta es la gran noticia, la Buena Noticia que hace posible todas las buenas noticias que cada uno de nosotros queremos oír: Que a Jesús lo mataron, pero Dios lo resucitó. Es sin duda, la mayor de las noticias.
Amigos, ésta es la Buena Noticia que la Iglesia está celebrando con volteo de campanas y alegría desbordada. ¡Por eso se ha vestido de fiesta y está estrenando el ALELUYA! Porque, ¡DIOS NOS HA SALVADO!
Allí empezó todo. En ese sepulcro vacío que nos habla de que la muerte no tiene la última palabra. La noticia corrió rápidamente y la gritaron desafiando a las autoridades, la proclamaron como testigos de algo que les superaba, pero dónde intuían que se encerraba la salvación, el sentido de la vida. Los apóstoles, incrédulos y cobardes, lo vieron tan claro que no podían dejar de proclamar: ¡CRISTO VIVE!
Pronto se embarcaron muchas otras personas en esta aventura y muchos siguen hoy corriendo la noticia de generación en generación. También nosotros estamos llamados a ser testigos, a ser voceadores, embarcándonos en esa misma aventura para gritar en todos los rincones de la tierra que quien se une a Jesús Resucitado, se une a la vida, a la paz, a la felicidad.
¡Enhorabuena Santa María! Fuiste la única que no se acercó al sepulcro, porque eras la única que creía que Jesús cumpliría su palabra: “Le matarán y al tercer día resucitará”. Danos un poco de esa fe y haremos más habitable este mundo.
