El próximo domingo, día 13, se celebrará el "DÍA DE LA IGLESIA DIOCESANA" en la que se hará una Colecta para ayudar a su sostenimiento. Como información previa, os hacemos llegar los siguientes datos:
Parroquias: la labor evangelizadora
El anuncio de la Palabra y la celebración de los sacramentos se lleva a cabo, fundamentalmente, en las parroquias. En Jaca tenemos 230 para atender a los pueblos y los barrios de las ciudades.
Sacerdotes con misión pastoral en la diócesis
Jaca cuenta con 54 sacerdotes. Residentes en la diócesis: 48; residentes en otras diócesis: 5; residentes en el extranjero: 1.
Bautizos, primeras comuniones, confirmaciones y matrimonios
La catequesis a distintos niveles, tanto para recibir algún sacramento como para una acción permanente de educación en la fe, es una tarea muy importante en la pastoral de la Iglesia. Se han celebrado 303 bautismos, 272 primeras comuniones, 103 confirmaciones, y 94 matrimonios.
Cáritas parroquiales y diocesana
Cáritas, en nombre de la comunidad cristiana parroquial o diocesana, atiende a los excluidos de la sociedad. La ayuda que presta es fundamental ante situaciones de pobreza.
La diócesis tiene 4 centros sociales y unas 230 Cáritas parroquiales.
Se han atendido a más de 1.700 personas y se han destinado a estos fines más de ciento setenta y tres mil euros.
Para la labor misionera, la diócesis ha destinado más de treinta y cinco mil euros. Y para ayudar en el exterior, a través de Manos Unidas, más de noventa y cinco mil euros.
