¿QUIÉNES SON TODOS LOS SANTOS?
Son, ni más ni menos, aquellos que, en la
Montaña de las Bienaventuranzas,
encontraron y renovaron, una y otra vez,
su pasión y su carnet de identidad.
Los que, abriendo la ventana de su corazón,
permitieron que entrase la luz divina y, con esa luz eterna,
agradar totalmente a Dios sin olvidar al hombre.
Son, esos hermanos nuestros, que sin hacer cosas extraordinarias
fueron grandes por su inmensa sencillez;
en la oscuridad, nunca se cansaron de buscar al Señor
y en la luz del mundo, nunca lo dejaron perder.
¿QUIÉNES SON TODOS LOS SANTOS?
Son aquellos/as que fueron fieles al Señor
sin doblegarse o arrodillarse a los pies de otros dioses.
Los que, en el sufrimiento, nunca se acobardaron;
y, en el éxito, no quisieron dar la espalda al Evangelio.
Los que, ante la injusticia, eran altavoz de los que no tenían voz
o los que, ante la pobreza, sabían sembrar a Dios como riqueza.
¿QUIÉNES SON TODOS LOS SANTOS?
Tal vez los que, sin levantar mucho ruido,
hicieron un bien inmenso en tantos hombres y mujeres del mundo.
Aquellos que, en la soledad, acompañaron con horas sin término.
Los que, obligados a renunciar a su fe, prefirieron el martirio.
Los que, enmudecidos por muchos intereses, nunca callaron.
Los que, presionados por la hostilidad, sólo predicaron la paz.
¿QUIÉNES SON TODOS LOS SANTOS?
Son los que, lejos de dejarse seducir por la palabrería barata
se dejaron llevar por la Palabra de Jesucristo.
Son los que, tentados por los mil sabores de la tierra
no quisieron jamás apartarse del alimento del cielo: la Eucaristía.
Son los que, perseguidos por proclamar la verdad
se crecieron y fueron fuertes hasta el último instante de sus vidas
Son los que, además de amar con pasión la creación,
nunca olvidaron que, Alguien, era su Creador.
¿QUIÉNES SON TODOS LOS SANTOS?
Son los que pretendieron un mundo diferente
atravesado por la estrella de la fe e iluminado por el Espíritu Santo.
Los que esperaron y soñaron con Dios como recompensa final.
Los que, sin ser entendidos ni comprendidos,
han sido recibidos con un abrazo gratificante en el cielo.
Los que, con su vida y en su vida, por su vida y desde su vida
quisieron y disfrutaron llevando a Dios
hasta lo más hondo de su existencia.
Esos son…..nuestros santos.
