HOMILÍA
¡Cristo ha Resucitado! ¡Cristo Vive! Es el grito que resuena hoy en todas las comunidades cristianas del mundo y en el corazón de todos los que llevamos a Jesús en el corazón. Su muerte, redentora y salvadora, no fue la última palabra. Ya se lo había dicho muchas veces a los apóstoles pero ellos no lo habían asumido, ni se lo habían llegado a creer de verdad. Cuando María Magdalena se lo comunicó a los Apóstoles, dos de ellos se pusieron en camino hacia el sepulcro y lo encontraron vacío pero con signos de que algo extraordinario había pasado.
Jesús necesitará que le lleguen a ver, a tocar, a compartir con ellos la mesa y el pan. La sorpresa llegó a ser tan grande que les costó mucho asumir la nueva realidad. Poco a poco, sus corazones se fueron calentando como les ocurrió a los discípulos de Emaús. El Cristo de la Pasión, de la Cruz, del sepulcro, estaba dando paso al Cristo vivo, al Cristo Resucitado, al Cristo de siempre con el que habían compartido tres largos años. Era el mismo y, a la par, distinto. Solo con la ayuda del Espíritu Santo llegaron a comprender lo que estaba sucediendo.
Hoy nosotros, dos mil años después, celebramos la Pascua de Resurrección recordando las conocidas palabras del Apóstol Pablo que escribió: “Cristo ha resucitado de entre los muertos y es primicia de los que han muerto.” La Resurrección de Cristo es garantía de la resurrección que nos espera a todos y a cada uno de nosotros. Creer en Jesús es creer en un Jesús resucitado, en un Jesús al que seguimos sintiendo vivo, presente y actuante en nuestras vidas y en nuestras personas. Él nos acompaña en el día a día de nuestra existencia.
Pidamos al Espíritu Santo que nos ayude a comprender el misterio de la Resurrección de Cristo y nos lleve al conocimiento pleno de toda la verdad revelada. Que este Jesús resucitado nos llene de gozo y de paz.
