HOMILÍA
Estamos celebrando una Semana Santa atípica. Los sacerdotes, en solitario, realizan las distintas celebraciones. El pueblo fiel, uniéndose espiritualmente a ellos, trata de rememorar los grandes acontecimientos que, otros años, los hacíamos juntos, en común. Y ¿qué decir de este día de Pascua, el más grande del calendario cristiano, el que nos recuerda el hecho central de nuestra fe: la Resurrección de Jesús? Las circunstancias nos obligan a seguir confinados en nuestras casas pero, cada uno de nosotros, allá en el fondo de nuestro corazón, nos sentimos profundamente unidos porque nos sabemos creyentes en este Jesús Resucitado. Alegrémonos, vivamos con gozo este día. Y aprendamos una lección. Si tras la Pasión y la Muerte de Jesús vino la Resurrección y la vida, tras estos días dolorosos de retiro por el coronavirus, vendrá también la alegría y el gozo de volver a la vida normal.
La primera lectura la hemos tomado del libro de los Hechos de los Apóstoles. Pedro habla al pueblo de Jesús resucitado, del Jesús que volvió a la vida y del que dice que “pasó por la vida haciendo el bien y curando a los oprimidos por el diablo porque Dios estaba con él.” Los que hoy nos decimos creyentes, seguidores de Jesús Resucitado, tenemos una meta, un objetivo: “pasar por la vida haciendo el bien a todos, ayudando, compartiendo, escuchando, sembrando paz y alegría en las vidas de aquellos que caminan a nuestro lado.” Pasar por la vida haciendo el bien es la mejor forma de vivir, la que da sentido a nuestra existencia. ¡Ojalá que esa frase llegue a ser nuestro epitafio un día!
La segunda lectura, de San Pablo a los cristianos de Colosas, nos ha hablado de cómo nuestras personas están unidas a Cristo en la Pasión, en la Cruz, como un día estarán unidas también en su resurrección. En estos días de confinamiento, sintámonos abrazados al Cristo de la Pasión y de la Cruz. Pronto compartiremos la alegría de la Resurrección. Recemos por los que todavía están clavados en la cruz del dolor, del sufrimiento. Recemos por los que han muerto.
El relato del evangelio de Juan nos ha hablado de los primeros momentos ocurridos tras la resurrección de Jesús. Unas mujeres que se encuentran el sepulcro vacío, unos apóstoles que confirman el hecho, unos detalles que no pasan desapercibidos: las vendas, el sudario y un convencimiento que comienza a anidar en sus corazones: Jesús ha vuelto a la vida, como tantas veces les había dicho. ¡Alegrémonos!
