Sigue curvado sobre mí, Señor, remodelándome, aunque yo me resista. ¡Qué atrevido pensar que tengo yo mi llave! ¡Si no sé de mí mismo! Si nadie como Tú puede decirme lo que llevo en mi interior. Ni nadie hacer que vuelva de mis caminos que no son como los tuyos.
Sigue curvado sobre mí, tallándome, aunque a veces de dolor te grite. Soy pura debilidad, Tú bien lo sabes. Tanta, que, a ratos, hasta me duelen tus caricias. Lábrame los ojos y las manos, la mente y la memoria, y el corazón, que es mi sagrado, al que no Te dejo entrar cuando me llamas.
Entra, Señor, sin llamar, sin mi permiso. Tú tienes otra llave, además de la mía, que en mi día primero Tú me diste, y que empleo, pueril, para cerrarme. Que sienta sobre mí tu ‘conversión’ y se encienda la mía del fuego de la Tuya, que arde siempre, allá en mi interior. Y empiece a ser hermano, a ser humano, a ser persona.
¡Qué paciencia, Señor, sobre Tu mundo, que nosotros tratamos, mal–tratamos, como si fuera nuestro, del primero que llegue, el más astuto, o el más ladino, o de aquel o de aquella, a quien no duele pisar a los demás, como se pisa la uva en el lagar, o una hormiga, o un escarabajo.
Sigue vuelto, Señor con Tu sol y Tu lluvia para todos, para buenos y malos, pacientes y violentos, víctimas y verdugos, lloviendo y calentando esta tierra que somos. Sigue haciendo germinar en todos la semilla que eres ¡Que la hagamos crecer, sin desmayarnos, entre tanta cizaña! Y que dé de comer a mucha gente, pan Tuyo y pan nuestro, el que de Ti hemos aprendido a ser multiplicándonos.
