LA PLEGARIA DEL CORAZÓN
Señor, ¡Cuántas veces te vemos en el evangelio rezando, retirándote a la cima de una montaña, apartándote de los tuyos! Tu ejemplo dejó una huella profunda en las personas y en las vidas de tus amigos. Y, un día, te pidieron que les enseñaras a rezar como el Bautista enseñó a sus discípulos. Y, de tus labios, salieron las palabras del Padre Nuestro, que tantas veces rezamos en privado y en público.
Infunde en nuestros corazones el deseo de buscarte ante el sagrario de una iglesia, ante una imagen que tenemos en casa; pero también, ante una necesidad, un problema o una pena. Que nuestro trato contigo nos dé la paz que tanto necesitamos. Escucha nuestra plegaria, Jesús, esa que hacemos por nosotros, por nuestros familiares y amigos, por tantos desconocidos y lejanos y por aquellos, a quienes consideramos enemigos, a los que tú quieres que amemos a pesar de todo; al menos, rezando por ellos.
