Hay momentos en los que todo se te cae encima. Sin dramatizar, sin estridencias, quietamente. Sientes que se hunde el terreno en el que construyes tus ilusiones y esperanzas. Te pesa la soledad. Dudas sobre lo que haces, pero no ves muchas alternativas. Y, en esas ocasiones, te asaltan preguntas que ni siquiera querrías formular: «¿Qué estoy haciendo con mi vida?», «Todo esto ¿para qué?», «¿Qué tengo que realmente merezca la pena?»
Es habitual oír a gente de nuestro entorno que se siente abrumada por estos momentos de angustia. A veces hasta nos faltan palabras para expresar tal desazón. Sólo nos queda decir algo así como estoy mal, o simplemente callar. Piensas entonces que nadie puede sentirse tan mal como tú, tan solo, tan abatido...
Pero eso es parte de la vida. Del camino de todos los hombres y mujeres que deciden construir algo, soñar algo, amar algo... Porque cuando apostamos por alguna causa que nos llena, al mismo tiempo nos enganchamos al vagón de la incertidumbre, aceptamos ser vulnerables y exponer nuestro ser profundo. Y en esos momentos necesitamos saber que no vamos solos. Nunca.
