3 RAZONES PARA LA ESPERANZA
Desde la vivencia de la JMJ Madrid 2011
Confianza en Dios
No cabe duda tan cierto como el haber palpado y compartido días de oración, de alegría de fe, miles de jóvenes llegados de todas partes del mundo, portadores de una buena Nueva que confundían a los transeúntes de nuestras calles en toda la geografía Española, y que hacia surgir esta pregunta… Que tienen estos chicos que se les ve Felices? La respuesta no necesita ser voceada desde los medios o los platós de debates televisivos. La respuesta es evidente estos chicos se fían de Dios. Muchos de ellos, por testimonios compartidos con chavales latinos y africanos, habían trabajado y ahorrado durante dos años o más para poder venir y participar de un encuentro de esperanza.
Alegría de su fe
Esta es la Palabra tarea “Alegría” que denotaban los cantos con los que inundaron las calles, las plazas, las avenidas, las estaciones de metro, de tren… No paran de cantar... escuche de una madrileña y con un tono de sorpresa… que motiva ese canto? Esa alegría que muchas veces en nuestra España no denotamos al practicar nuestra fe y que no contagia por que no es evidente, estos chicos nos han venido a dejar un suave aroma de frescura en una Fe que alegra la vida y le da sentido a su diario acontecer, hablan y cantan y viven en cristiano.
Esperanza Compartida
No era mi primera Jornada mundial de la Juventud, estuve en aquella memorable de Paris junto a Juan Pablo II en el 97. Pero cada una de ellas es única y esta podíamos llamarla justamente una Jornada de Esperanza. Este es el regalo más significativo que los Jóvenes nos dejan de esta Jornada, sus gestos naturales al participar de cada acto, su recogimiento, de certeza de estar frente al misterio del amor compartido, ese silencio maravilloso y elocuente de 4 vientos que nos muestra a una generación que sabe escuchar –callando, esa muestra de madurez cristiana al no responder a los insultos e intolerancias de no pocos a su paso. Definitivamente por las calles de España el asfalto dio flores y se renovó la esperanza.
Al regresar a la vida diaria, a la Parroquia, ante el Señor no tengo más que decir gracias por:
Esta Confianza renovada. Por esta Alegría de mi Fe y por esta Esperanza compartida y Celebrada en torno al Amor.
Los gritos de los jóvenes en 4 vientos ante las inclemencias del tiempo sol, lluvia y viento huracanado: “esta es la juventud del Papa” que contagiado también grite me trajeron a mi memoria la corrección de Juan Pablo II cuando ante este mismo grito nos decía: más bien decid: “esta es la Juventud de Xtó”
