Miedo, sorpresa, alegría…hasta la fe
Por esas situaciones pasan los apóstoles según el texto evangélico de san Lucas. No podían “creer”, que Jesús se había hecho presente: era imaginación de ellos, lo que veían era un fantasma, pensaron. La alegría de verle, palpar sus manos y pies impedía su fe, era una maravillosa ilusión. Fue necesario que se abriera su entender, captar que lo sucedido estaba anunciado en la Escritura y Jesús mismo se lo había anunciado a ellos, para llegar a la fe. Así logran pasar del signo a lo que se significaba. De la evidencia sensible a la fe. Que es fe ante el misterio.
Los signos que fortalecen nuestra fe
1º El testimonio de los apóstoles. Los apóstoles se juegan su vida -y la pierden- por defender la resurrección ante los testigos de la crucifixión y muerte. Y lo proclaman con valentía, como hace Pedro, según leemos en la primera lectura.
2º Sentir al hermano. Es decir: cuando compartimos lo que somos y tenemos, Al partir el pan lo reconocieron los discípulos de Emaús; al compartir el pez asado los discípulos en el evangelio de este domingo los apóstoles.
3º Hacer vida la fe. Como indica en la segunda lectura, “guardando sus mandamientos”. Es así como llegamos a conocerlo, afirma Juan. La fe se fortalece, viviendo de acuerdo con lo que ella nos pide. En fin, nuestra fe en Jesús resucitado se manifiesta, y se fortalece, en el esfuerzo continuo por seguirle.
Tener fe en el Resucitado
Cuando nos familiarizamos con su evangelio, cuando acomodamos nuestra vida a la suya, cuando mantenemos la confianza en un Jesús que sigue presente en nuestra historia, la colectiva y la individual, tenemos fe en el Resucitado. Esto nunca será perfecto. Por el contrario, con numerosas limitaciones. Pero siempre nos queda lo que pide Pedro a quienes le escuchan “arrepentíos y convertíos…”
Esto es lo que celebramos en la Pascua: la alegría nunca colmada, siempre entretejida con los dolores del vivir y el convivir, los de nuestro ser, que se manifiesta en actitud esperanzada y confiada, porque Jesús pasó por el dolor, pero mantuvo y proclamó la esperanza de su resurrección, que ahora vivimos y celebramos.
