Teniendo en cuenta las disposiciones de la Penitenciaría Apostólica, convenientemente adecuadas a la Diócesis de Jaca, por el presente
DECRETO
Que, durante el Año de la fe entero, convocado desde el 11 de octubre de 2012 hasta todo el 24 de noviembre de 2013, podrán lucrar la Indulgencia plenaria de la pena temporal por los propios pecados impartida por la misericordia de Dios, aplicable en sufragio de las almas de los fieles difuntos, todos los fieles verdaderamente arrepentidos, que se hayan confesado debidamente, que hayan comulgado sacramentalmente y que oren según las intenciones del Sumo Pontífice:
a) Cada vez que participen en al menos tres momentos de predicación durante las Sagradas Misiones o al menos en tres lecciones sobre los Actos del Concilio Vaticano II y sobre los Artículos del Catecismo de la Iglesia católica en cualquier iglesia o lugar idóneo.
b) Cada vez que visiten en peregrinación una Basílica Papal, una catacumba cristiana, una Iglesia Catedral, un lugar sagrado designado por el Ordinario del lugar para el Año de la fe y allí participen en alguna celebración sagrada o, al menos, se detengan en un tiempo de recogimiento con piadosas meditaciones, concluyendo con el rezo del Padre Nuestro, la Profesión de Fe en cualquier forma legítima, las invocaciones ala Santísima Virgen María y, según el caso, a los Santos Apóstoles o Patronos.
Los lugares sagrados designados en la Diócesis de Jaca son los siguientes:
– Catedral de San Pedro de Jaca.
– Ermita de Santa Elena, en Biescas.
– Iglesia parroquial de Yebra de Basa.
– Iglesia parroquial de San Pedro de Siresa.
– Santuario de Valentuñana, en Sos del Rey Católico.
– Santuario de Nuestra Señora de Monlora, en Luna.
c) Cada vez que, en los días determinados por el Ordinario del lugar para el Año de la fe, participen en cualquier lugar sagrado en una solemne celebración eucarística o en la liturgia de las horas, añadiendo la Profesión de Fe en cualquier forma legítima.
Los días determinados en la Diócesis de Jaca son los siguientes:
– Solemnidad dela Inmaculada Concepción(8 de diciembre).
– Solemnidad de la Natividad del Señor (25 de diciembre).
– Solemnidad de Santa María, Madre de Dios (1 de enero).
– Fiesta de la Cátedra de San Pedro (22 de febrero).
– Solemnidad de Pascua de la Resurrección del Señor (31 de marzo).
– Solemnidad de Pentecostés (19 de mayo).
– Solemnidad dela Santísima Trinidad(26 de mayo).
– Solemnidad del Santísimo Cuerpo y Sangre del Señor (2 de junio).
– Solemnidad de Santa Orosia (25 de junio).
– Solemnidad de la Asunción dela Virgen María(15 de agosto).
d) Un día libremente elegido, durante el Año de la fe, para la piadosa visita del baptisterio u otro lugar donde recibieron el sacramento del Bautismo, si renuevan las promesas bautismales en cualquier forma legítima.
Se aconseja rezar el Credo.
