El Obispo de Jaca impartirá el 24 de noviembre de 2013, en la solemnidad de Jesucristo Rey del Universo, con la que concluirá el Año de la fe, “la Bendición Papal con la Indulgencia plenaria, lucrable por parte de todos los fieles que reciban tal Bendición con devoción”.
Los fieles verdaderamente arrepentidos que no puedan participar en las solemnes celebraciones por graves motivos (como todas las monjas que viven en los monasterios de clausura perpetua, los anacoretas y los ermitaños, los encarcelados, los ancianos, los enfermos, así como quienes, en hospitales u otros lugares de cuidados, prestan servicio continuo a los enfermos...), lucrarán la Indulgencia plenaria, con las mismas condiciones, si, unidos con el espíritu y el pensamiento a los fieles presentes, particularmente en los momentos en que las palabras del Sumo Pontífice o del Obispo diocesano se transmitan por televisión y radio, recitan en su propia casa o allí donde el impedimento les retiene (por ejemplo en la capilla del monasterio, del hospital, de la estructura sanitaria, de la cárcel...) el Padrenuestro, la Profesión de Fe en cualquier forma legítima, y otras oraciones conforme a las finalidades del Año de la fe, ofreciendo sus sufrimientos o los malestares de la propia vida.
Por el presente Decreto, se concede a los canónigos y a los sacerdotes que, en las Catedrales y en las Iglesias designadas para el Año de la fe, puedan oír las confesiones de los fieles, las facultades del can. 508, § 1 del CIC.
Los confesores, tras advertir a los fieles de la gravedad de pecados a los que se vincula una reserva o una censura, determinarán apropiadas penitencias sacramentales, tales para conducirles lo más posible a una contrición estable y, según la naturaleza de los casos, para imponerles la reparación de eventuales escándalos y daños.
